By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

10. PAYMENT SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may request additional information to verify an order, including confirmation of billing information, shipping information, payment authorization, or customer identity.

This request does not limit any legal right you may have to dispute a transaction with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

If a payment dispute, inquiry, or chargeback is filed regarding a transaction, Vanrelli may provide information relating to the transaction to Shopify, our payment processor, the card network, the issuing bank, or other parties involved in resolving the dispute.

This information may include, where relevant:

• order confirmation;

• billing and shipping information;

• fraud screening information;

• shipping information;

• tracking records;

• proof of shipment;

• proof of delivery;

• refund information; and

Nothing in these Terms waives or restricts any right that cannot legally be waived.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
